Roatán, Honduras

I recently had the opporunity to travel to Roatán, Honduras. Roatán is located between the islands of Utila and Guanaja. While there I was able to capture the unique lifestyle of some of the locals. The people I encountered were very friendly and quite content despite living in poverty.

Getting a short glimpse into the poverty stricken lives of these people really opened my eyes and made me appreciate everything I have.

It's the days we sit around and do nothing. It's the moments we laugh so hard we cry. It's the way we look at each other and know what's going through our heads. It's the stupid pictures and inside jokes. They're the reason we're inseparable.
